    • 'Checked in and was seen straight away.  Prescription issued direct to the chemist.  Very friendly and professional, thank you.'
    • 'I was seen on time and the doctor was extremely thorough, friendly and approachable, professional and explained everything so I fully understood and reassured me and put me at ease.'
    • 'The doctor has been really good with me when I have been so sick the past few months.'
    • 'Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Seen practitioner nurse. She was lovely, explained everything clearly and was very friendly.'
    • 'I have always had a good experience at my practice.  Reception staff are most helpful.  All staff are polite and professional.  The GP always listens to me and is always very approachable and thorough.'

We have made a number of improvements from feedback that we have received:
